JK MANAGEMENT is Hiring a Property Manager Near Woodburn, OR

Job description

Property Manager - Cascade Meadow Apartments, Woodburn, OR

JK Management is looking for a dependable full-time Property Manager. All applicants must be 18 or older and must pass a criminal background check. This position is for a 100-200 unit apartment complex in N. Willamette Valley, OR.

Compensation is a monthly salary starting at $27 to $29/hour DOE.
The property manager is not required to live onsite for this position.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:
-Day to day complex operations
-Showing apartments and accepting applications
-Accepting rent and completing deposits
-Daily inspection/cleaning of the grounds and garbage enclosures
-Posting notices to residents
-Managing the turnover of move-ins and move-outs
-Covering duties for neighboring complexes
-Light maintenance

Apartment management experience is preferred.
Office hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 5pm; total of 35 hours per week.
There is a mandatory criminal background check
High School Diploma or GED is required
