Position Overview :

JKR Windows is seeking a Window Ordering Technician to create to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the window ordering process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to customer specifications and company standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Order Processing : Accurately enter window orders into our system, ensuring all specifications, measurements, and customer requirements are met.
• Vendor Coordination : Work closely with project coordinators to place orders, and manage any issues that arise during the ordering process.
• Inventory Management : Monitor inventory and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the inventory received aligned with project as ordered.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, inventory, and remakes.
• Problem Resolution : Handle discrepancies, delays, and other issues that may arise, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

Qualifications :

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent required. An associate degree or higher in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the construction or window manufacturing industry.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with order management software. Experience with specific software, if applicable is a plus.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Detail-Oriented : Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
• Team Player : Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
