We are looking for a Handy Man to join our team and help maintain our properties. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide variety of maintenance and repair tasks, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and more. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate should also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain plumbing systems.
- Repair and maintain electrical systems.
- Repair and maintain HVAC systems.
- Perform general carpentry work.
- Inspect and diagnose problems in homes and buildings.
- Perform minor painting and drywall repairs.
- Install appliances, fixtures, and hardware.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $6,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
