ResponsibilitiesCreate and achieve profit plan. Meet or exceed the profit plan.Follow Front End Alignment process to create, evaluate and align scope, resources, and compensation prior to issuing proposals.??Participate in proposal writing and interviews.Create raving fans, repeat clients, and client referrals by providing high-quality experience.Less than 5% monthly NOR variance.Develop and maintain a workplan to meet project goals and schedule.?Hold team accountable for tasks and milestones.?Obtain buy-in and guide client through decisions and design process.?Deliver high-quality documents with a Quality Assurance rating of 4 and maintain a change order percentage of 2% or lower.Follow JLG process to provide high-quality documents that meet JLG and industry standards, as well as code and technical requirements.?Ensure documents are well coordinated and meet project program and goal outcomes.?All other duties as assigned.Requirements
Bachelor or Master of Architecture from an accredited university, current architectural licensure and NCARB recordEvidence of successful achievements of project goals, budgets, and schedules for projects with a construction budget of $10MVerbal, graphic and written communicationExperienced problem solverAdvanced knowledge building code, science, and JLG processes/standardsUnderstanding of architectural business and construction process to budget, plan, deliver, and lead throughout a projectPreferred Qualifications
Revit proficiencyEvidence of successful achievements of project goals, budgets, and schedules for projects with a construction budget of $20M
