• Developing insurance quotes, shopping renewals, and issuing insurance documentation as required.
• Fostering strong relationships with clients to maintain client retention.
• Responding to inquiries, problem solving, and following up to ensure client satisfaction.
• Treating each client interaction as an opportunity for education and account rounding.
• Assisting clients with policy changes and updating account information.
• Presenting and reviewing coverage proposals

• A Property & Casualty License is Preferred. Licensing assistance and training is available.
• Customer service experience required, Insurance experience preferred.
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner in all communication, including via the phone, email, and face to face.
• Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and mulit-task.
• A team player who is self motivated and driven to succeed.
• Strong computer and technical skills.
