We are currently seeking a Commercial Paralegal for our rapidly growing JLL Technologies platform. The position will focus on providing paralegal support to the General Counsel and is a generalist role. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing legal team in an exciting, fast-paced tech focused environment.
This role is remote and reports directly to JLL Technologies’ General Counsel.

The Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate SOWs, Renewals, Amendments
- Help manage the administration of sales contracts. Assist with tracking, storage, organization metrics and presentations
- Help develop and manage templates, playbooks and processes
- Assist with contract management
- Manage the contract execution process
- Help organize and manage administrative projects
- Innovative – inquisitive, challenges status quo, thinks outside the box,
- Cultural alignment – unwavering ethical standards; drives excellence and innately collaborative
- Strategic and critical thinking – exhibits strong levels of insight and intellectual curiosity
- Digital savviness – ability to recognize and act on evolving technology trends impacting the business

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience collaborating with and leading cross-functional teams to get the job done
- Contracts experience preferred (but not required)
