JLL is Hiring an Account Service Coordinator Near Atlanta, GA
Supports the JLL team with related work requests as directed
by leadership
Provides assistance with sorting uniforms and updating uniform orders, as well as building swag bags and new employee laptop bags
Conducts daily review to stock office supplies
Conducts daily review to stock, organize, label or inventory office supplies
Acts collaboratively to solve problems and resolve
spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and
service orientation
Ensures delivery of committed services and overall satisfaction with JLL performance
Demonstrates leadership, responsiveness and creativity in
finding solutions for office supply deliveries
Ensures appropriate follow-up with the client and customers
Seeks to continuously improve processes, systems and overall client satisfaction
Assist with monthly newsletter placement in restrooms
Laminate and hang signage
Attend scheduled walks to audit with other staff
Any other general office or administrative support as needed
