FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW
JLL's Client Growth team is currently seeking a talented and experienced Life Sciences Sales Executive.This individual will sell to a named list of industry-relevant companies and will report to the Head of Growth, Public Institutions and Life Sciences within our expanding client growth team. The Life Sciences Sales Executive will need a strong background in managing sales activity, with a proven track record in attaining sales goals. The position is a challenging, dynamic, and highly rewarding opportunity in a newly formed organization. This role will be as an individual performer on a rapidly growing team. LIFE SCIENCE SALES EXECUTIVE
This Sales Executive exhibits a deep understanding of the life sciences industry and current technology needs and has a strong background in navigating lengthy, complex, sales cycles from start to finish. This individual must be comfortable discovering, engaging, and presenting to high-level decision makers and collaborating with internal resources within the larger JLL organization, and externally across customer and partner ecosystems. Experience selling CRE, IWMS, EAM, CMMS, or other related enterprise software solutions and services is highly preferred.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Manage a portfolio of domestic and global life science accounts
Drive sales strategy and work with product teams to attain sales quotas
Identify key stakeholders and opportunities
Develop and delivery effective sales presentations to current and prospective customers
Identify opportunities and direct product teams through voice of the customer to fully support customer goals
Manage sales performance to meet and exceed target sales goals
Oversee accurate pipeline management
Develop territory with exponential growth potential
Establish and develop strong partner relationships within the region
Work with marketing to effectively create brand awareness
Work with business development and sales enablement teams to create effective campaigns and content
Travel within region required
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree a plus
5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development
Strong problem solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Highly focused on customer solutions and satisfaction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to present to potential customers
Software Sales experience is a plus
