- Hospitality or restaurant construction experience a plus
- Experience managing projects with budgets of $100M is ideal
- Experience working closely with general contractors on a large project is required
- MEP/Commissioning expertise is required
- A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management (PREFERRED)
