What this job involves - We are currently seeking a Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSE) Coordinator to join a JLL client account team within the Financial Services Vertical. The HSE Coordinator position will be key member of site level team and provide HSSE leadership, advisory, and management services to client facilities located across the United States.
Become the primary point of contact for HSSE requirements and activities and Communicate
HSSE needs and results to the HSSE Director
Maintain documentation describing the HSSE program (playbooks, procedures, etc.) and
records required by JLL, regulation, and the client. Complete and maintain Hazard/PPE Assessments for Site activities and Create and maintain regulatory compliance registers
Play a lead role in the continued development and refinement of JLL’s HSE culture and
training programs.
Maintain the Site training matrices; manage and assign the on-line training requirements;
and provide JLL required training/presentations as needed on specific topics applicable to the Site employees.
Ensure that accidents, injuries, near misses/good catches, and other events are captured,
and the data is managed and reported. Manage the OSHA 301/300 recordkeeping requirements for the Site. Also, be the Sites Administrator for the JLL Incident Management System. Participate with site as needed to lead or support investigations of HSE events, the analysis of root cause(s), support/track the implementation of effective corrective actions, and prepare communications to share the lessons learned from such events at the Site and across the account operations.
Assist in the assurance of compliance with all HSE Sections of the JLL Client Assurance
Program (JCAP).
Support environmental compliance efforts as specified in the JLL/client Master Service
Agreement (MSA)/Statement of Work (SOW) and support the Site teams in rolling out new compliance and best management practices programs.
