This role includes managing site asset condition reporting, obtaining quotes from vendors, and providing proposals to clients. The Small Cap Repair and Maintenance Project Leader plays a vital role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance operations while meeting client requirements and maintaining compliance with GMP guidelines. What is the day to day?Maintenance/Repair Project Coordination:
Plan, schedule, and execute small-scale repair and maintenance projects at the facility.
Ensure projects are completed within allocated budget, timeline, and specified quality standards.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify project requirements, define scope, and allocate necessary resources.
Site Asset Condition Reporting:
Conduct regular inspections of facility assets to assess their condition and identify maintenance needs.
Update asset condition reports, noting any deficiencies, damages, or safety concerns.
Prioritize maintenance tasks based on the condition reports and collaborate with the team to address issues promptly.
Vendor Management:
Identify and engage with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for small repair and maintenance projects.
Obtain quotes and proposals from vendors, ensuring competitive pricing and adherence to project requirements.
Analyze and compare quotes to make informed decisions on vendor selection.
Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements with vendors, ensuring favorable terms for the facility.
Proposal Development:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to understand small repair and maintenance project requirements.
