If so, we are currently seeking a service delivery coordinator to bring their expertise to support delivery of meetings and events for the Global Travel and Events program. Our team is comprised of meeting and event professionals with extensive industry experience, who are based around the world. This role will support Global Meeting and Event Service Delivery to ensure customer requests and inquiries are executed smoothly and professional. Committed to event related projects such as documenting trends, recognizing opportunities for process efficiencies, and improving policies and procedures related to corporate internal events and spaces. Key Responsibilities
Coordination of resources across service delivery teams (offsite and onsite)
Supporting projects related to meeting and event process efficiencies and improving services
Creates and updates documents to track metrics, clarify procedures, provide information, organize team tasks, and others as needsarise
General office duties and support of events team as assigned by supervisors
Creating and maintaining standardized event documents
Responding to and acting on customer feedback
Supports and maintains good inter-vendor communications between Facilities, Catering, AV, Reception, Janitorial and Engineering as requested
Booking support and point of contact for various programs
Update customer facing resources including, but not limited to: PowerPoints, websites, etc.
Service Delivery Program Subject Matter Expert for event technology systems
Manage room calendars and availability as rooms refreshed and updated
Redirect incorrectly routed customer questions to the appropriate stakeholders
Basic Qualifications
2 years’ experience in event coordination or event administrative support
Intermediate user-experience with common Meeting Management technology is a plus
