In this role, you will focus on operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment on all systems.
What will some of your day look like?
- Perform maintenance, and monitoring repairs to the Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems.
- Maintain responsibility for facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing and inventory control, contracted maintenance, general maintenance, and moving office furniture, equipment, and materials.
- Cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and changing parts to maintain the HVAC systems and associated equipment at optimum performance levels.
- Facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as-found conditions
- Patching/painting, hanging pictures, installing keyboard trays, repairing office furniture systems, repairing doors, and replacing lights and ballasts.
- Review monthly client service request summaries, evaluate and monitor vendors and suppliers, and verify the accuracy of deliveries.
- Record readings and make adjustments where necessary to ensure proper operation of equipment
- Utilize the CMMS system (Corrigo) for all work performed
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- A valid driver's license
- Completion of trade school in electrical system design, refrigeration, and HVAC
- CMMS systems, Corrigo is a plus!
Pay $28-30/HR
