The OpportunityWe are currently seeking a business-oriented, dynamic Human Resources executive to serve as a strategic partner to the global JLL Markets leadership team. This position will be accountable for establishing and implementing a People Strategy to meet the needs of the business. Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Head of HR, Americas Markets to partner with Geo Leadership teams & National Business line to execute on the people strategy ensuring alignment with regional HR leadership and the broader JLL Markets Vision to deliver on business objectives.
Lead a team of HR Business Partners across the Markets Geographies in a player/coach role.
Understand the business and leadership priorities, including the business strategy, P&L, and key initiatives that drive the bottom line.
Serve as a key contributor to Markets Geography leaders, forging strong relationships with leadership and providing management coaching as required.
Communicate with a high level of impact and strong influencing and collaborating skills.
Work with the Markets HRBP’s and HR COE’s – Talent, Reward and Business Services to help drive business performance and growth through effective talent management, performance, engagement, reward plans and operational excellence
Partner with Hiring Managers and the Talent CoE to drive the recruiting strategy and process
Communicate a clear, accurate understanding of HR analytics (e.g., global engagement survey, succession bench metrics, turnover, demographics etc.) to the business and provides insights and strategic direction on how to use them to grow the business, deliver results and drive continuous HR improvement.
Balance business needs, company requirements, and protect the interests of the organization while advocating for employee interests, in service of creating a culture where employees and leaders reflect and live our JLL Values (Ethics, Teamwork and Excellence)

Key Qualifications:
BA/BS degree with major concentration in HR related field.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in client-focused HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role, including learning and development, recruiting, employee relations, and compensation.
Energy and passion about human resources and advancing talent.
Ability to thrive in ambiguity – Can navigate through a complex, multi-faceted organization with multiple stakeholders.
A track record and reputation as a trusted advisor and someone who can influence business leaders and the strategic direction of the organization.
Strong analytics, business, and financial acumen (e.g., understand P&L and impacts of financial statements on business operations)
Strong commercial acumen, a client focus and be able to support the organization to drive new business.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, who is comfortable communicating with HR and Business leaders at all levels
Deep project and change management skills, with the ability to act as a change agent; High energy individual with the ability to lead, coach and advise leadership
Solution oriented mindset and a creative problem solver who can operate in a sometimes resource constrained environment
Ability to lead, coach and advise management teams, both virtually and locally
Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and proactively identify and resolve issues as they arise
