- Support, communicate, and adhere to hiring processes, policies, and procedures with a touch of pizzazz
- Navigate Workday like a pro, managing the pre-hire and hire process with finesse
- Be the champion of background and drug screening processes, understanding and following guidelines with expertise
- Coach our business partners on the hiring process, ensuring smooth sailing and happy results
- Effortlessly handle maintenance and adjustments on employee activities such as salary, location, and supervisor changes - with unbeatable efficiency
- Ensure flawless new hire set-up and correct first-day pay, because we mean business
- Dive into exciting project work aligned with team goals, making an impact every step of the way
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- 3 years experience in HR or related area, preferred
- Exceptional communication skills that make every interaction a memorable one
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- A knack for anticipating needs and going above and beyond to exceed expectations
- Experience with Workday, Microsoft, and Adobe Suite products, preferred
