We are searching for a passionate and dynamic Studio Manager to launch a new Pilates Studio in the heart of Washington DC.
What we are looking for:
1. Someone with great communication and leadership skills. Previous sales experience in retail, memberships sales, or services is required. Must be outgoing and comfortable speaking with strangers, have a passion for fitness and Pilates, and an open mind.
2. An ability to learn and use new computer systems - someone proactive who quickly resolves problems, tackles tasks, and is detail-oriented. Must be comfortable using multiple platforms to deliver a fast and seamless experience
3. Someone who has a passion for our services and our community
4. Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
5. Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
6. Must communicate professionally and clearly to clients and colleagues
Responsibilities:
1. Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
2. Ensure daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly tasks are being completed
3. Train and mentor sales associates regularly to ensure the experience at the studio is excellent
4. Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants
5. Emphasize and enforce the objectives of the club as a fitness and wellness provider
6. Book quality appointments to achieve the monthly sales quota
7. Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and other community events) to promote the Studio
8. Maintain daily teaching schedule of Pilates Group and Private Classes
9. Hiring, firing, and administration of Sales Team
Position: The Studio Manager's role is responsible for:
1. Achieving studio sales goals,
2. Coaching and mentoring their team,
3. Providing exceptional customer service in-person, as well as via telephone, text message, and email.
Compensation and Perks:
• Base salary: $65 - 70K COMMISSION based on prior experience and studio performance
