**Position:**
We are seeking a skilled and reliable contractor to join our team on a contractual basis. The contractor will be responsible for performing repairs and renovations in properties affected by water damage, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail throughout the restoration process.
**Location:**
Various locations based on project needs within Riverside, Orange, San Diego, Los Angeles .
**Responsibilities:**
- Execute repairs and renovations according to project specifications and industry standards.
- Assess damage and determine the appropriate repair methods and materials.
- Work collaboratively with our restoration team to coordinate efforts and meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, property managers, and team members throughout the restoration process.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a contractor or in a similar role within the construction or restoration industry.
- Expertise in a variety of repair and renovation techniques, including drywall repair, flooring replacement, carpentry, painting, etc.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Certification in water damage restoration or related fields.
- Experience working with insurance claims and adjusters.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Expected hours: 25 – 45 per week
