The Service Technician in Training position will begin pay at $15/hour with a three month training program that will get you to $18/hour. Each month of training that you complete you will receive a pay raise of $1.00. And also includes the following:

• Ability to earn up to $5200 in annual bonuses

Essential Duties:

• Heavy lifting and removal of junk
• Driving a truck and trailer as well as a box truck
• Maintain company vehicles and tools
• Keep the vehicles fueled up at the end of the day
• Keep truck and equipment clean
• Report damages or missing tools
• Potential to come across hazardous waste, rodents, and insects
• Be able to take calls and text
• Communicate with customers
• Work outdoors
• Work great with others
• Enjoy manual labor

Requirements:

• Strong character and integrity
• Have reliable transportation
• Be hard working and enjoy physical labor with the ability to lift up to 75 pounds for an extended period of time
• Be committed to the highest level of customer service and helping others
• Perform all duties with the highest levels of safety in mind to avoid injury and property damage
• Have strong listening and critical thinking skills, and exercise good judgment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
