The General Help positionprovides hands-on technical support and assistance to a unit, department, orcompany. This is an entry-level position and key to supporting efficientoperations. He/she assists with the organization of department and providesgeneral support in day-to-day functions as well as performing various technicalsupport duties such as processing work orders and assisting co-workers withworkloads to support office efficiencies, customer services and being a"floater" in our labs. This position supports company operationsto foster excellence in executing JM Test Core Values, following all systemprotocols in compliance with those standards (Quality, Safety) regulations andcompany policies.
EDUCATION:

• Must have a High School diploma or GED

QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong organization skillsand attention to detail.

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to communicateeffectively both orally and in writing.
• Beginner experience using Microsoft Office programs(Outlook, Word, and Excel).
• Knowledge of administrativeand clerical procedures; filing, word processing, purchasing.
• Ability to work as part ofa team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
