We are seeking a temporary Administrative Tech/Office Admin to join our team!

The Administrative Technician provides essential administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of tasks including data entry, managing schedules, and coordinating communication within the department. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence.
  • Enter and update data in databases and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and generate reports as required.
  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff.
  • Draft, format, and proofread various documents, including memos, reports, and presentations.
  • Ensure all documents comply with company standards and guidelines.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as necessary.
  • Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced.
  • Greet and assist visitors, providing them with general information and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Address inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Comply with data protection regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.96 - $25.24 per hour
