We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Chemical Engineering search, located in the Cleveland, OH area.

Responsibilities:

• Will be responsible for developing and troubleshooting plant process systems
• Will identify ways to improve the quality of our products through continuous improvement and operating procedure enhancement
• Will develop new ideas to enhance the performance of the manufacturing operation thorough lean manufacturing concepts
• Will develop and lead the implementation of new operational excellence initiatives, lean manufacturing principles, production systems, and techniques for improved efficiencies

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• Experience with implementing process improvement in a chemical manufacturing operation
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing
