We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Food Production Manager search in the Wayne County, Ohio area.
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for managing and mentoring 20 hourly employees, while holding the team accountable to reach production targets.
- Develop plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs through effective utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, materials, and capital. Assure attainment of business objectives and productions schedules while ensuring product standards that will exceed our customers’ expectations.
- Improve manpower utilization within existing departments and processes. Schedule stability that allows for maximum return on efficiencies
Requirements:
- Experience in a Sr. Production Supervisor, Production Manager, or a similar role
- Food production experience
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills
