Our client a Springfield, MA based company in the health insurance sector is looking for a few Insurance Waivers on a temporary basis through the end of September 2024. This will be a REMOTE WORK FROM HOME opportunity that could start in the three weeks or so after an initial Teams interview. The ideal candidate will need to be a detail oriented person with strong communication skills who has a general interest in helping others. It will be a Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm or 9:30am-6pm position. The client would love to bring on someone who comes with a health insurance or medical verification background.

The main responsibilities will include the following:

• providing accurate responses to callers when they reach out
• verifying insurance information via phone as needed
• communicating accurate waiver status to clients via phone and email
• Identifying issues as they come up and relaying those back to patients and clients
• meeting and exceeding company productivity standards
