JOB DESCRIPTION:
Are you passionate about finding the right talent and driving company culture and success? As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead our recruiting efforts, managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding. You'll also be a key player in enhancing our employer brand and spearhead community outreach initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Full Cycle Recruiting: Collaborate with HR team and hiring managers to understand roles, create engaging job postings, and screen candidates.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a positive candidate experience and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Employer Branding: Enhance our social media presence, website content management, employee newsletter, and organize recruitment events.
Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with community services, colleges, workforce partnership, and employment agencies.
Employee Engagement: Work with our events committee and HR team to help plan and execute company events like holiday parties, blood drives, and more.

Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Experience: 4-6 years in HR, recruiting, digital marketing, or related fields.
Certifications: PHR/SHRM-CP or SPHR/SHRM-CP preferred but not required.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR software, and ATS.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
Organizational Skills: Strong time management and attention to detail.
Social media: Experience managing social media and enhancing website user experience through content management.
Confidentiality: Ensure the privacy of all employee and company information with the highest degree of integrity.
Work Environment
On-Site Position: Professional office environment with exposure to plant operations. This position is a full-time on-site position, with opportunities for flexible schedule.
