Title: Instructional Designer

Location: Titusville, NJ - Hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Duration: 7 months

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies through external staffing partners of Kelly OCG. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by a contract staffing supplier and will not be a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies.

Summary:

The Learning Excellence Instructional Designer & eLearning Developer will apply instructional design principles, best practices, and creativity to develop eLearnings.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop eLearning modules
  • Stakeholder management, content development, project management, learning effectiveness and learner engagement.
  • Design and develop eLearning courses in Articulate Storyline and/or RISE.


Qualifications:

  • Instructional Design Certification with at least 5 years of experience of Articulate/Adobe iCloud or a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience with Articulate/Adobe iCloud
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Role requires understanding of the ADDIE model, Learning Management Systems and SCORM standards.
  • Experience designing and developing other modalities, such as blended learning programs, videos, infographics, job aids, instructor/participant guides, instructor-led courses, webinars and on-demand content, is preferred.
  • Must be able to provide examples or show portfolio of previous work.
