Title: Medical Information Compliance Specialist

Location: Titusville, NJ

Duration: 1 year

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies through external staffing partners of Kelly OCG. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by a contract staffing supplier and will not be a member of the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies.

Summary:

Primary responsibility will be to support Operations of US MICC with a focus on training and compliance. This candidate reports to Associate Director Vendor & Quality Management

Responsibilities:

  • Support Training and Compliance Programs and Processes
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for training and compliance programs
  • Manage On-Boarding/Off-Boarding of personnel
  • Oversee Training Reconciliation, Training Curriculum and Assignment Management, Ad-hoc reporting needs
  • Perform training content reviews, training updates and suggest opportunities for training improvements/content as needed
  • Sharing knowledge and guidance regarding training and compliance trends
  • Training Reporting and Analytics to identify coaching and trending opportunities
  • Quality and Compliance Support
  • Support SCTDM/NCR investigations and processes
  • Review and communicate trends on Quality Key Performance Indicators
  • Partner with supplier QA team to identify training opportunities and provide clarification on processes
  • Review all daily compliance reports and follow-up with vendor on needed actions. Reconcile and log daily reports.
  • Ensure all compliance inquiries are being responded to by supplier
  • Main point of contact for Process Discussion meetings and follow-up
  • Deliver reports and dashboards for team when needed or directed to ensure completion and adherence to materials
  • Support Quality Monitoring as needed
  • Settlements
  • Process customer requests for settlements including contacting customers (HealthCare Professionals or Consumers) via multiple channels. Documenting in CRM system (i.e. Salesforce.com)
  • Financial Support and Other:
  • Reconcile all Monthly supplier invoices
  • Purchase Order, eMP management, accrual, contract support
  • Support department project work
  • Knowledge and support of client IT tools including, but not limited to:
  • Salesforce.com/iConnect/Genesys
  • Fulfillment (Graphnet, Printers, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Contact Center processes and policies
  • Knowledge of Medical Information processes and policies
  • Knowledge of Pharmaceutical Industry standards and compliance
  • Knowledge of Financial activities including invoice approval, accrual processing, etc.
  • Staying abreast of current training technologies through all available resources
  • Complete all training assignments timely.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Able to sit for long durations.

Qualifications:

  • Pursing minimum education Bachelor of Science, preferably in related field in (engineering, sciences, data analytics, pharmacy, medical or nursing).
  • Experience and demonstrated proven technical and computer skills, including standard MS Office Software.
  • Previous contact center experience preferred.
  • Highly skilled in customer service and seek to provide excellent service on every contact.
  • Must have excellent oral/written communication skills.
  • Project Management experience preferred.
  • Detail Oriented.
  • Ability to understand root cause of issues and effectively resolve customer inquiries which may involve extensive analysis and research.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solver with solid organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Capable to make decisions quickly, and strong drive for self and around team performance and metrics.
  • Self-starter who is motivated with experience exercising good judgment, and high integrity.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.
  • Meet challenging goals and timelines; quickly changes plans when data or actions require it.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced structured environment with a team approach.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications, most importantly Excel & PowerPoint
  • Must have reliable transportation to work onsite, business casual attire, professional attitude, and be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
