Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations and ensuring smooth store functioning
- Provide leadership and guidance to the store team, promoting a positive work environment
- Manage and supervise staff.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock on the sales floor.
- Implement effective strategies for inventory control and loss prevention
- Assist in creating and managing store budgets, including payroll management and expense control
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive sales and increase customer traffic
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Conduct employee orientation sessions and provide ongoing training to enhance team performance
