About Us:
Job Corps is a no-cost education and vocational training program funded by the U.S. Department of Labor. We dedicate our efforts to helping socioeconomically disadvantaged youth aged 16-24, improving their lives through comprehensive academic and career technical training. Our goal is to attract eligible young people, equip them with essential skills, and place them in meaningful jobs or further education.
Job Summary:
As a member of our Outreach and Admissions (OA) team, you'll work under the guidance of the OA Manager, conducting outreach and direct recruitment activities. Your role is crucial in supporting our center's Off-Center Training (OCT) program by ensuring compliance with government and management directives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet individual monthly arrival goals.
• Collaborate with counselors to develop effective student retention strategies.
• Securely manage Personally Identifiable Information.
• Engage in direct recruitment activities, such as presentations at various events.
• Develop and maintain connections with key referral sources like schools, colleges, and community organizations.
• Conduct interviews and manage candidate information to support eligibility and enrollment.
• Maintain proactive follow-ups on student progress and coordinate communications across departments for comprehensive outreach and placement support.
