Job Description
We have a tech start-up client who is looking for a sales recruiter. This position is remote and a six-month contract.
Qualifications
- 3 years of sales recruiting experience
- Experience working at agency and in-house
- experience working for a start-up or well known tech company
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Deep understanding of SaaS and B2B enterprise sales, particularly within HR tech, coaching, or employee development solutions.
- Familiarity with global go-to-market (GTM) strategies, sales enablement, and account-based selling.
- Has recruited for roles such as: Account Executives (AE) with a focus on mid-market and enterprise-level sales, Sales Development Representatives (SDR), Regional Sales Managers, and Sales Directors, Customer Success Managers (CSM) and Partnerships roles that align with revenue growth.
- Recruiting for platforms or tools such as coaching platforms, employee engagement tools, or learning and development software.
- Proven success in high-volume recruiting for GTM roles at startups or scaling businesses.
- Strong sourcing skills for competitive markets, targeting diverse talent pools.
- Effective at building partnerships with hiring managers to identify the right talent profiles.
