As a Permanent Field Service Tech, you will be a part of a dynamic team that is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced, high-tech machinery.

This is a full-time position that requires a significant amount of fieldwork and offers an opportunity to work with some of the most advanced CNC machinery in the industry.

The role is challenging, rewarding, and integral to our operations, offering a unique chance to develop your technical skills in an exciting, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Siemens and Fanuc CNC machines.

2. Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting to customers, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum customer satisfaction.

3. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent machine failures.

4. Perform software and hardware upgrades, as well as routine maintenance tasks.

5. Provide training and support to customers on the operation and maintenance of the machines.

6. Create and maintain service reports, detailing all performed service activities.

7. Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while performing service tasks.

8. Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex problems.

Qualifications :

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience working with Siemens and Fanuc CNC machines.

2. Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing CNC machinery.

3. Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and control systems.

4. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.

5. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.

6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical users.

7. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

9. Valid driver's license and good driving record.

10. A degree in a relevant technical field is preferred but not mandatory.
