We are seeking an experienced Permanent Machine Operator to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This challenging yet rewarding role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of production.

Responsibilities :

As a Permanent Machine Operator, you will :

1. Operate CNC Press Brake machines and other machinery used in the production process, ensuring that all products meet our high-quality standards.

2. Interpret and follow blueprints and drawings to meet product specifications and tolerance levels.

3. Perform routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages to ensure optimum machine performance.

4. Inspect the machines regularly to identify any malfunctions or need for adjustments.

5. Check completed products for defects or issues and report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.

6. Collaborate with other team members to improve efficiency and overall job performance.

7. Follow all safety regulations and workplace policies.

8. Continually maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications :

The successful candidate will have :

1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.

2. Proven experience with CNC Press Brake.

3. Strong knowledge and understanding of blueprint reading.

4. Solid mechanical skills, with a good understanding of the working principles of machines.

5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

7. High school diploma or equivalent. A certification in a related field is a plus.

8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

9. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

10. Good physical condition and stamina to perform tasks that may require heavy lifting and standing for long periods.
