We are seeking a passionate, skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic Maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the regular inspection, repair, and maintenance of our machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

This role will provide the opportunity to work with a diverse range of cutting-edge technology and equipment, where each day presents a new challenge.

The Maintenance Technician will work collaboratively with our team of engineers and technicians to troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues that arise.

Responsibilities :

As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibilities will include :

1. Performing routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.

2. Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

3. Implementing preventive maintenance plans to enhance the longevity and performance of machinery and equipment.

4. Collaborating with the engineering team to diagnose complex issues and develop effective solutions.

5. Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair work for future reference.

6. Ensuring adherence to safety standards and protocols at all times.

7. Keeping up-to-date with advancements in relevant technology and equipment to promote efficiency and productivity.

8. Providing training and guidance to junior staff members on equipment maintenance procedures and techniques.

Qualifications :

To be considered for this exciting role, you should possess the following qualifications :

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry.

2. Proficient knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

3. A recognized qualification in a relevant field such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues.

5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

6. A commitment to maintaining high safety standards and protocols.

7. The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

8. A proactive approach to work, with a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on quality.
