Job Details
Our company, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisors to join our team.
This is a permanent position where you will be a key player in our production process. We are looking for a professional who is passionate about their craft, has a keen eye for detail, and is dedicated to maintaining the highest level of quality in their work.
SUMMARY
This position will be responsible for supervising activities related to the daily operation of our manufacturing departments.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to supervising activities related to safety, quality, personnel, assets, inventory, KPIs and production of all products originating in the manufacturing department.
EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE
Post secondary education preferred
Minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience leading Kaizen and 5s implementations
Previous responsibility for identifying and maintaining Key Performance Indicators
Familiarity with adhering and maintaining quality systems (TS experience preferred)
Production Supervisor will be required to utilize Microsoft office products
