Are you an experienced warehouse professional looking to take your career to the next level? Our company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Permanent Warehouse Admin.

This exciting role involves coordinating and managing all warehouse activities, ensuring efficient and smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, inbound shipments, and verifying accuracy, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities :

As a Warehouse Admin, you will have a wide variety of responsibilities that contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our warehouse operations.

These responsibilities include :

1. Coordinating and overseeing all warehouse logistics

2. Receiving and processing inbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery

3. Verifying the accuracy of shipments and inventory, including quality, quantity, and type

4. Implementing and managing systems to maintain inventory accuracy and control operational costs

5. Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations and communication

6. Ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulations, as well as safety standards

7. Resolving any issues or discrepancies related to shipments and inventory

8. Preparing and maintaining detailed reports and records of warehouse activities

Qualifications :

The successful candidate for this position will have a strong background in warehouse operations, with specific experience in managing inbound shipments and verifying accuracy.

The following qualifications are required :

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or a similar role

2. Proven experience with receiving, processing, and verifying inbound shipments

3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

4. Strong organizational and coordination skills

5. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues efficiently

7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

8. Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and other related software

9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

10. A commitment to maintaining high safety standards and practices.
