Expected to learn data collection, consolidation and analysis to provide analyses that are needed by Marketing, Strategic Pricing and all of Senior Management to measure and interpret business results and profile markets/verticals/pricing/ promotions to identify areas of business opportunity. Works on reports and analysis as assigned to help drive Sales. Must be able to compile standard reports and perform analytical administrative tasks (such as table maintenance, promotion claim review, etc.) after receiving training/instructions from management and the Sr. Analyst.
Responsibilities

• Delivers daily/weekly/monthly standard reports by required deadlines with consistent and reliable accuracy.
• Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tool a plus
• Creates data summaries and is able to present those results in presentation and email format.
• Maintains administrative tables that drive Marketing and other results data.
• Collects manual data as requested, for example, for Marketing Program analysis.
• Audits and submits claims to Canon USA for Marketing promotions.
• Learns new technology to help with report automation (ex. Power BI , Salesforce, etc.).

QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 0 to 2 years of related experience.

• Education/Experience preferred in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Analytics, Finance or similar discipline.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, charts, graphs, and complex formulas.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com and Oracle a plus.
• Detail oriented and consistently accurate.
• Overtime as required, especially during monthly reporting for management meetings.
