Sales / Business Development / Account Management
Outside Sales Representative in HVAC (Commercial) (WFH)
Up to $100,000 to start plus full benefits, bonuses and commissions
As Commercial Sales Representative, your job duties and responsibilities will include:
- Joining a distributor of HVAC Parts
- Engaging and partnering with mechanical, electrical and building automation contractors
- Identifying, engaging and qualifying new business development opportunities
- Arranging and scheduling meetings
- Delivering presentations
- Providing information on product/service offerings, details, pricing, availability and lead times
- Answering questions and addressing inquiries
- Making product and service suggestions as appropriate
- Cross-Selling/Upselling additional products and services as appropriate
- Creating price quotes
- Negotiating and closing sales
- Creating and updating customer account information
- Providing post-sale support
- Serving as an ongoing resource for your accounts
- Troubleshooting issues and complaints as they arise
- Escalating complex issues as necessary
- Performing other duties as assigned
An ideal candidate profile will include:
- HVAC Sales experience
- Experience with the use of automation and control systems to monitor and control building-wide systems from a single interface, such as HVAC, lighting, alarms, and security access and cameras
Pluses:
- Niagara Certification(s)
- Additional related HVAC certification(s) and/or training
