Responsibilities:

• Enter large volumes of data into designated databases and software programs, maintaining a high level of accuracy and speed.
• Extract specific data from various sources, including paper documents, scanned images, and electronic files.
• Verify the completeness and accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source documents and correcting any discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for efficient data retrieval.
• Perform data quality checks and adhere to established data entry protocols.
• Generate reports and summaries of extracted data as required.
• Assist with the development and implementation of data entry procedures.
• Maintain data confidentiality and security in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data entry or a related field.
• Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy.
• Proficient in using various computer software programs, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
