Extract specific data from various sources, including paper documents, scanned images, and electronic files.Verify the completeness and accuracy of data by cross-referencing with source documents and correcting any discrepancies.
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for efficient data retrieval.Perform data quality checks and adhere to established data entry protocols.
Maintain data confidentiality and security in accordance with company policies. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field.Strong typing skills with excellent accuracy.Proficient in using various computer software programs, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management systems.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
