OVERVIEW
Alpine Investors is seeking a Compliance Lead, who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of the firm’s registered investment adviser compliance program. This individual will proactively assist in identifying and managing compliance and regulatory risk, foster a service-oriented compliance program, and help the organization embrace compliance. This role reports to the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, Alex Stuart, who will provide mentorship and broad exposure to various parts of the compliance function and broader firm strategy. This is a unique opportunity to join a lean and dynamic team that is scaling to meet the needs of the broader organization.

COMPENSATION
The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $175,000-250,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, and the applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
