About the Role:

Are you the next Qventoid? We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced Client Success Partner - Periop (CSP) to bridge the gap between our clients and our internal teams. The CSP will combine aspects of complex engagement management, account management, product management, and analytics to drive value for our clients.

The Client Success Partner - Periop will play a key role in ensuring successful deployment and adoption of Qventus' perioperative solutions. They will develop deep relationships with key leaders and users in hospitals, acting as a critical link between Qventus and the client, and our internal delivery and product teams.

As a C lient Success Partner - Periop , you will leverage your deep OR experience to develop relationships with key leaders and users, manage complex and cross-functional project plans, and support clients throughout their contracts. You will creatively think about new use cases for the product and ensure high usage of the Qventus platform.

About the Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage deep functional Periop expertise to create and sustain buy-in from core users, executives, and surgeons around workflows and tool adoption.

  • Challenge the status quo at client sites and influence clients to adopt industry best practices through strong partnership and communication skills.

  • Collaborate with the Product Analytics team to define Qventus ROI strategy and align periop operating metric definitions with health system usage and data-driven decision making.

  • Partner with the Marketing team to establish standard collateral for client training and engagement.

  • Manage cross-functional work to meet contractual commitments and maintain positive relationships for expansion or renewal.

  • Navigate difficult conversations with client executives using clearly presented business cases to effect system-wide change.

  • Lead complex engagements with matrixed teams (clinical, technical, and operational) on both the client side and within Qventus with minimal supervision.

About What We’re Looking For:

  • 3 years of specific OR leadership, such as OR Business Manager, OR Director, or Perioperative Services Director.

  • 3-5 years of professional experience at a top healthcare consulting firm or in a client-facing professional services role at a workflow-oriented SaaS company.

  • Deep understanding of the surgical domain and related hospital operations.

  • Polished executive presence with the ability to create and present visually appealing slides with robust data stories.

  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining professional relationships across all levels of a periop department.

  • Project management experience with complex implementations in the healthcare setting.

  • Familiarity with EHR systems.

  • Strong technical aptitude and experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and technical teams.

  • Ability to travel up to 25-50% nationwide.

It’s a Plus if you Have…

  • Knowledge of the landscape of surgical services, including robotic surgery and appropriate workflows.

  • Knowledge of the landscape of acute care patient flow processes and solutions.

  • Change management experience.

  • OR clinical experience (e.g., CNOR).

The salary range for this role is $120,000 to $150,000. This salary represents the middle to the high end of market data across different geographies. We consider several factors when determining compensation, including location, experience, and the role’s responsibilities. Salary/OTE is just one component of Qventus’ total rewards package.
