Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight to the Chief Financial Officer on various tasks
• Manage accounting, investor reporting, and tax filings
• Prepare annual budgets and oversee lender reporting
• Supervise payroll, cash management, and treasury activities
• Analyze financial statements, assist with acquisitions, and implementprocess improvements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• 10 years of relevant accounting experience in real estate industry
• CPA designation preferred
• Experience with open-end fund reporting preferred
• General understanding of tax reporting and compliance
