Director of Finance with Real Estate Experience

We areseeking a Director of Finance to join our dynamic team, offering a competitivesalary, a bonus structure and a clear path to advancement towards a ChiefFinancial Officer role. This pivotal position will start by overseeingcorporate accounting, financial reporting, tax reporting, and management ofprivate equity and real estate investments.

Whatwe are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• Minimum of 10 years’ relevant accounting experience in the real estateindustry
• CPA designation preferred
• Experience with open-ended funds and fair value GAAP reporting highlyregarded
• Strong knowledge of REIT compliance and experience with corporateaccounting
• Understanding of payroll and benefits within an accounting framework
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across all levels of anorganization
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
