Our client is seeking a highly skilled Global Marketing Manager to drive global outbound strategy, testing, and execution across email and push programs for engagement, newsletters, and churn. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing management, particularly within the tech industry, and will be adept at optimizing engagement and funnel analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global outbound strategy across email and push programs to enhance engagement and reduce churn.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to define and drive platform requirements.
- Optimize engagement and funnel analytics in partnership with Business Intelligence Engineers (BIEs) and Data Science teams. Set KPIs, establish reporting mechanisms, and review performance metrics.
- Lead the strategy, execution, and performance of marketing campaigns, including all messaging and translation efforts.
- Establish an ongoing creative refresh and optimization program, working closely with the design and promotions teams.
- Conduct testing and experimentation to drive continuous improvement.
- Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reviews and projections for each country. Present results to country and executive leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, engineering, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, analytic tools, reporting dashboards, and campaign setup software (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Experience with email and push notification setup tools.
- Previous experience as a Product Marketing Manager or Growth Marketing Manager.
- Experience working in large tech companies is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The target hiring compensation range for this role is $44.65 to $49.61 per hour.
- Compensation is based on various factors, including education, relevant work experience, certifications, and location.
- Additional benefits may include medical and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in a 401k plan with company match.
