REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS II - SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA, CA

Salary: $110,000-$125,000 / yearly. Salary commensurate with experience.

Other Forms of Compensation: Relocation offered. Bonus eligible

Job Summary

The Regional Director of Operations  will be responsible for planning, advising, implementing and assisting with operational programs, policies, and procedures to ensure contract compliance, profitability, safety and client satisfaction for up to 5, K-12 private schools in Northern California.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develops common direction for the team
• Sets priorities and makes team agenda and strategy clear to all team members
• Develops, recommends and implements policies and procedures of the region to ensure maximum income from existing accounts
• Leads the assigned operations to ensure accordance with the client’s service level agreements
• Delivers the budget and the unit cost targets for each service at all assigned locations
• Ensures adequate resources are available, including personnel
• Interfaces with existing clients to maintain client happiness and account retention
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of Regional or multi-unit experience required
• Prior leadership experience in a school setting, contract-managed service experience, or in hotel food service is preferred
• Experience in P&L management required 
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Must be available to travel
• Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or 5 to 7 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
