About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Project and Alliance Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all client project management and alliance management activities, leading a team of professionals in the delivery of a range of specialty and central lab services. This role requires a proactive approach to the design and implementation of project and portfolio management systems, as well as continual improvement to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the department. The Vice President will also be tasked with working collaboratively across the organization to develop high-performing teams, set performance standards, and ensure the successful execution of project strategies.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree, with an advanced degree preferred, and deep experience in managing and leading projects at pre-clinical and clinical stages within the biopharmaceutical or healthcare industry. A strong background in CRO/client service delivery and a broad understanding of the drug development process are essential. The role demands a results-oriented individual with exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to work autonomously, and a proven track record of effectively managing project scope, time, and cost. The ideal candidate will be a change agent, capable of advocating for best practices and creating excellence in project management and drug development. Proficiency in project management tools and the willingness to travel are also required.
