Reporting into the EVP, People and Performance, the VP, People & Performance will help drive our People strategy. We are looking for a solutions-oriented change agent who has a proven track record of partnering with business leaders to drive results. This work includes developing and executing business strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, learning and development, and change leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, growth environment where they can simultaneously build and execute scalable People initiatives and programs.

What You Will Do:

  • Partner across all levels of the organization to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the business, objectives and key priorities, team members and dynamics
  • Continually pursue team, function and organizational improvement by developing innovative People strategies and driving execution and change management through the effective use of talent tools and resources
  • Use data and business insights, proactively identify issues and opportunities, prioritize with leadership and work with cross functional partners to develop practical solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience
  • Effectively and efficiently execute People programs and initiatives within the business and ensure they achieve intended outcomes, including workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and succession planning

Who You Are:

  • Demonstrated experience in building trusted relationships with senior business leaders, effectively coaching and advising leaders on organizational issues and team challenges
  • Proficient in problem solving and critical thinking, with strong communication skills for influencing at all organizational levels, coaching leaders, fostering a positive team environment, and utilizing data insights
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Knowledge and experience in core people functions including strategic people planning, workforce planning, talent management and development, learning and development, engagement and retention, compensation, HR systems and employee relations
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a people function

The base salary range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000, depending on levels of skills and experience.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of CLEAR’s salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience and performance. The range listed is just one component of CLEAR’s total compensation package for employees and other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
