Waikiki Health is seeking a full-time Chief Financial Officer.
Salary range for this role is $125,000 – $150,000.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40-hour work week

The Chief Financial Officer provides leadership in the planning and development of fiscal services. Organizes, delegates, supervises staff and mentors Program Directors to understand fiscal information and reports. Provides direction in the management of both public and private grants. Waikiki Health is committed to ensuring the delivery of quality care through continuous evidence-based improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or other relevant business field.
• At least five years supervisory experience.
• At least ten years relevant experience in health care or not for profit accounting.
• Effective interpersonal and group skills.

General duties include but not limited to:

• Initiates and implements financial systems responsive to the changing needs of the organization.
• Provides regular and special reports for evaluation of continued viability of programs/departments.
• Oversees timeline of all reporting requirement and financial reporting for federal, state, and private grants.
• Oversees the business insurance plans and coverage analysis.
• Coordinates all necessary fiscal and budgetary materials pertinent to submission of proposals for agency contracts and other funding opportunities.
• Other duties as assigned.
