Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive demeanor.

• Manage the reservation system and seat guests according to the seating chart.

• Provide accurate wait times and manage guest expectations.

• Assist with answering phones and taking reservations.

• Collaborate with serving staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a similar customer service role is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

• Positive attitude and a willingness to assist guests.

• Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Customer service training is a plus.
