Job Overview:
We are seeking a Part- Time Room Attendant, Breakfast Attendant & Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
Guest Service Attendant Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using the hotel's booking system
- Manage guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
Breakfast Attendant
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Proficiency in using cash registers, POS systems, and OpenTable reservation software
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of food handling, food service, and food safety protocols
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
