Mission:

As the Onboarding Manager, you are committed to instilling a mindset of adaptability and innovation within our teams. Your focus will be minimizing customer churn and ensuring widespread customer adoption of JobNimbus. Through strategic Onboarding initiatives, you will decrease the time to value for our newly signed-up customers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading the Customer Onboarding Team
• Coaching; Think 1:1’s, team management, keeping an eye on metrics, and using data make informed decisions
• Working cross functionally with key stakeholders in the business to ensure that we are continuing to give our customers a first class experience
• Generating reports for team performance, customer satisfaction, time to onboard new customers, etc.
• Continue to create a space of belonging and growth for our team members, while holding the team accountable to key metrics.

What makes you the hero for this job:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in people leadership.
• Minimum of 1-3 years in Customer Service and Support, Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success.
• High emotional intelligence and empathy skills.
• Familiarity with SaaS products and the software industry 
• Customer-focused mindset and a passion for customer success
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams 
• Expertise in coaching, role-playing, and providing feedback to Onboarders 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Technical proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly
• Strong analytical and goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Preferred experience in HubSpot or other customer tracking software
• Experience, or strong understanding, of the construction exteriors industry a plus
